The mission of the Ferguson Library is to provide free and equal access to information, ideas, books and technology to educate and enrich the Stamford community. Their vision challenges the team to inspire, promote and foster lifelong learning and personal growth.
As a My Place CT Partner, the Ferguson Library will assist older adults and those with disabilities through referrals to agencies that provide needed resources and services.

Town of Bolton Senior and Social Services

The Town of Bolton provides services for all ages and abilities. These include a food pantry, tax prep, home visits, energy assistance, transportation, mobile library and help with chores. Activities include games, yoga, crafts and even lunches in local restaurants. Now the department provides trained help as a My Place CT Partner.
North Central Area Agency on Aging

The North Central Area Agency on Aging (NCAAA) is a regional non-profit organization based in Hartford, CT, with a mission to help enhance the quality of life for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers in North Central Connecticut by ensuring that they have access to quality and cost-effective services. NCAAA provides information and assistance as well as planning, grants management, and advocacy services to older persons and their caregivers in the 38-town North Central Connecticut region.
In addition to special training and certification in Aging Information & Referral Services (AIRS) as a My Place CT Partner and more, NCAAA also has staff trained in CHOICES, Long Term Support Options Counseling, and LiveWell, an Evidence-Based Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Program.
