The 2-1-1 database is the engine that displays resources and information on the My Place CT website – including the Partner listings. But Partner or not, organizations can review and update their listings on the 2-1-1 database.
Full instructions for adding or changing a 2-1-1 listing are always available on the My Place CT Partner portal under Enrolled Partner Resources. The form is also accessible on 2-1-1:
Go to 211ct.org and type in the name of your agency or program to bring up your listing.
Click on your agency/program and click the “more details” button.
Click on the “Report Update” button to request updates through the pre-populated online form.
The team at United Way 2-1-1 verifies the information is correct before posting. This process helps ensure that the information on the database is valid, but the listings are updated within two business days after they receive the form.
